Zoology
As you can see in the video on the right, the pandas at the Adelaide Zoo are very well looked after by the zoo keepers. The zoo keepers play with the pandas as well as supply them with toys to keep them entertained, although pandas are pretty busy themselves; they spend around 12 hours each day eating bamboo.

By keeping pandas in zoos we are helping to keep the endangered species alive and we can make them as happy as possible assuming we have the right knowledge, but it is okay for us to take an animal out of its natural environment for us to look at through glass?
The reason we keep animals in zoos, where we can see them is that the money the zoos make off people coming to visit the animals help them take care of the animals and because in this case the pandas are classified as an endangered species it is great that we are taking initiative and trying to fix a problem that we have played a big part in creating. Hopefully, we will be able to continue to look after the endangered animals until, they are no longer endangered.
Food for thought.
At the Adelaide Zoo, they are taking steps towards making Wang Wang and Funi a breeding pair but it is a long process. If our efforts are unsuccessful will that mean it was a waster of time?
